DAY 1, Friday 02 Apr 2021
Today after breakfast, proceed to The Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sand and dunes rising up to 200 meters are also host to a variety of flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. Experience a roller coaster like feeling as our experienced drivers drive you over the dunes. The Wahiba Sands is also home to the traditional Bedouin tribe who are known for their hospitality and their knowledge of the sands. You will stop by a Bedouin family in their traditional and simple habitat.
Enjoy dune driving before leaving the desert. From Mintrib proceed to Bilad Bani Bu Ali and drive along the coastline to Ras Al Junayz the turtle breeding site. Arrive at Ras Al Jinz Scientific Centre and check in. Later head on to a short walk to the beach in the night to watch the turtles nestling on the sands. Overnight stay at Ras Al Jinz Scientific Centre. (B)
DAY 2, Saturday 03 Apr 2021
Today after breakfast, proceed to Muscat enroute stopping at Sur to visit The Dhow factory (photo stop) & fish jetty. Drive via scenic and rugged coastal route to Muscat. Stop at Fins beach. Your next stop is the Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom. On clear sunny days while driving along the coast one might chance to see sharks in the deep blue water or fleet footed Gazelle sprint across the landscape. Evening is free at leisure in Muscat. Overnight in Muscat. (B)
DAY 3, Sunday 04 Apr 2021
Today after breakfast, you will be pickuped from the hotel to visit the Grand Mosque (not possible on Friday & other public holidays), highlight of the Muscat city. Later visit Royal Opera House Muscat and Bait Al Zubair Museum. Drive along the waterfront Corniche visiting the bustling Muttrah Souq. Later, proceed for a photo stop to the magnificent Al Alam Palace, official palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos flanked by the 16th century Portugese forts Mirani & Jalali. Rest of the day at leisure. (Kindly note, ladies to be fully covered and to carry a head scarf and men should wear trousers). Overnight in Muscat. (B)
DAY 4, Monday 05 Apr 2021
Today after breakfast, you will be transferred from the Muscat hotel to the Marina to embark on a boat as we search the seas for Dolphins and Whales. Watching wild dolphins is a thrilling way to start the day and the lucky may even come across one of the many species of whales that can be found just a few kilometres from Muscat’s rugged coast. Not every trip guarantees a sighting, but you are sure to enjoy a trip out to sea and enhance your knowledge of nature’s most fascinating marine mammals. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Muscat. (B)
DAY 5, Tuesday 06 Apr 2021
Today after breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to International Airport in Muscat for your flight back home. (B)

Booking .. All reservations must be received in writing via email or fax. Reservations are finalized upon receipt of payment (Sent by the Ciao India Tours team) and upon receipt of the information form. All other details are mentioned below.
Passport and visa All foreign citizens entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian mission or a post abroad. For more information, please visit the link. All passports must be validated at least 6 months after the departure date in India. The fines, penalties, payments or expenses incurred as a result of the non-regularization of these documents will be the responsibility of the customer. The Ciao India Tours team or Ciao India Tours They have no responsibility for completing the aforementioned documents.
Insurance: Ciao India Tours recommends that you take personal travel insurance. The Ciao India Tours team does not provide travel insurance.
Payment: an invoice will be raised after receiving confirmation of the services from the traveler with a transfer request transfers the full payment to our bank account in India. Full payment for national or international flight tickets is required in advance.

Note All payments must be free and without any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if applicable, for remittance (by bank transfer or intermediary bank) would be strictly charged to the payer.
Cancellation policy / NO SHOW / EARLY Departure (early departure) In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / inevitable reason, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation fees would be effective from the date we receive a message in writing and cancellation fees would be as follows.
Cancellation: Cancellations more than 30 days before the departure date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded after deduction: bank charges (€ 20), booking fee (€ 45), flight cancellation (€ 20 per person and 100% of the cost Be deducted) and the current cost of train tickets. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee. CIAO INDIA TOURS keeps 50% of the deposit paid upon confirmation of booking.
Cancellations less than 21 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee. Ciao India Tours keeps 100% of the cost of the trip.
Note: Regardless of the aforementioned cancellation plates - in case of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking made with us - a minimum service charge of 10% will be applied. In case of cancellation of the trip after the start, the refund would be limited to a limited amount which also depends on the amount we could recover from the hoteliers, airlines and suppliers we will protect. For unused hotel facilities, transportation of rentals and missed meals, etc. We are not responsible for the refund. In the case of a special train journey (such as Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja and Maharajas Express), a separate cancellation policy ( recommended as and when required). . Extra vehicle use: Please note that the cost of extra vehicle use (cars / cars with the driver) is not included in the services and therefore the extra use of the vehicle after the transfer or after the show is not allowed until mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.
The travel time indicated between the cities is indicative and subject to traffic conditions. Ciao India Tours and its employees only act as agents for hotels, airlines, carriers, railways and contractors that provide other services. All disputes arising from the contract between two parties are referred to an arbitrator who will be appointed by Ciao India Tours
