“Forts and Places with the charm of Vintage cars, things just can’t get better”

Are you a car enthusiast? If yes, this itinerary is just for you! India’s love affair with automobiles is over a hundred years old. The first automobile to be brought to India was in Bombay by Mr. Forster in 1897-98. Mr Jamsetji Tata was the first Indian to import a car in 1901. In the years that followed, the Maharajas, Rajas, Ranas, Jams, Nawabs, Mirs and Nizam’s, who once ruled over 565 princely states in India, acquired some of the finest cars in the world. The Maharajas who used to purchase many exotic and exclusive cars from British, European, and American car makers, mainly before India’s independence in 1947 are the sapphires in the crown collection of Indian vintage cars.
